Wanted by Russian law enforcers accused of extortion

At 13:20 on April 27, officers of Yerevan city Department  of the RA police brought Arsen M., DOB 1997, from 111-st building on Andranik street to Yerevan city department. The detainee had been wanted by DIA of Vetluzhski region, Nizhegorodskaya oblast, RF, accused of extortion since March 29.
