Man wanted by Russian law enforcement agencies detained in Proshyan village

Vahram H., DOB 1985, was detained in Proshyan village following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Nairi police division. The man had been wanted by Odintsovski regional division of Moscow oblast Department of Russian Ministry of internal Affairs charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 264, part 1 /breach of traffic rules which involved infliction of grave bodily damage/ since January 28, 2015.
