Armenian Police detain Georgian citizen wanted in Russia

On Tuesday, November 5, at 2.50 pm 58-year-old Georgian citizen Mnatsakan A. was detained at the Bagratashen checkpoint and delivered to the Bagratashen subdivision of Police of the Republic of Armenia. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Moscow oblast, Russia under part 4 of article 159 of the Russian Criminal Code (Fraud) since April 23, 2012.
