A corpse with traces of violence in a restaurant

On November 18 at 22:45 at Gugark police division a report was received from «Ambulance service» station informing that there was a corpse in a restaurant in Shahumyan village, Lori region.
The arrived operative group at the mentioned place found the corpse of a Yerevan city resident, member of the Chamber of Lawyers Samvel Sharbatyan, born in 1963. Traces of violence were found on the corpse.
A forensic medical examination is assigned.
A criminal case has been initiated under the part 1 of the article 104 of the RA criminal code.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
