Following the scent of theft committed in Rostov oblast, Russia

On Monday, February 24, at 1:40 p.m., Yerjanik Kh., was detained in Jrvezh quarter, Yerevan. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Rostov oblast, Russia, charged with theft since September 3, 2013.
