Repercussions of swindling committed in Rostov oblast, Russia

On Saturday October 11 at 4:20 p.m. Mnatsakan H., DOB 1971, was detained following special explanatory measures taken by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence alongside their colleagues from «Zvartnots» airport Line division of the RA Police. Mnatsakan H. had been wanted by the Department of Federal service of execution of punishments of Rostov oblast, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 159 /swindling/ since July 18 of this year.
