Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Malatya division of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Arsen M., DOB 1985, was detained in Yerevan on Tuesday, March 22 at 8 p.m. The young man had been wanted by Nairi division of the RA Police charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 3, point 1 /swindling/ since March 1, 2016.
