Arman M., DOB 1980, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Bagratashen division of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 1 /swindling   committed by a group of persons by previous concert/  since December 10, 2014.
