Wanted man detained in Yerevan

Vladimir S., DOB 1981,  was detained in Yerevan following special measures taken by officers from Nor Nork police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 266, part 3, point 2 /illegal turnover of narcotic drugs,  psychotropic substances and their precursors with the purpose of sale, manufacturing or their illegal sale/ since September 16, 2014.
