Armenian police officers detain man wanted for banditry in Sochi city, Russia
On Thursday April 10 at 15:00 officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence along with their colleagues from the General Department of Aragatsotn marz and those of Ashtarak division of the RA Police detained Arthur H., DOB 1981, in Ujan village, Armenia. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Sochi city, Russia, charged for banditry since May 6 of this year.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
