Due to the operational search measures taken by officers of Shengavit police division, at 14:10 on July 29 Harutyun E., DOB 1981, was detained near his apartment. The detainee had been wanted charged under article 137, section 1, of the RA Criminal code /threat to murder, to inflict heavy damage to one’s health or to destroy property/  since July 29 of the current year.
