Man wanted by Stavropol law enforcers detained in the vicinity of Bagratashen customs office

Tigran S., DOB 1978, was detained in the vicinity of Bagratashen customs office following special measures taken by officers of Bagratashen police division. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Stavropol krai, Russian Federation, accused of  forgery since June 7, 2010.
