Wanted man detained in Stepanavan

On Tuesday October 7 at 9:30 a.m. Hrachya H., DOB 1988, was detained in Stepanavan town following operational search measures taken by officers of Gugark police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 3, point 1.1 since October 6, 2014.
