On November 5, at 10:10 from Hatis street of Abovyan town, the police officers of Kotayk police department detained Nver M., born in 1967, who had been wanted by law enforcement authorities of Oktyabrski city, Poltova region, Ukraine, on a charge of a murder since September 15, 2006.
