Man wanted by Volgograd law enforcers charged for swindling

At 15:15 on November 2 officers of  Malatya police division detained Zhirayr S., DOB 1971. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Volgograd oblast, Russia, charged with swindling since March 30, 2012.
