Abusing confidence and by fraud

At 17:10 on February 23 the police officers of Vagharshapat police division in Apaga village detained a village resident, Khdr Q., born in 1987.
It was found out that he and Suren B., born in 1974, in May, 2007, took 300 sacks of nitrogen fertilizer from an Arshaluys village resident on condition that they would pay later, but Abusing confidence and by fraud, didn’t pay the sum, causing a material damage in the amount of 2.992.000 AMD.
Measures are being undertaken to detect Suren B.
An inquiry is underway.
