Has grown cannabis in the yard of his home

On September 25 at 13:00 p.m. the Police officers of Gyumri department in one of the houses on Tumanyan street detained Hovhannes T., born in 1980.
He confessed that he is a drug addict and uses the cannabis grown in the yard of his home for a smoke.
On the same day Hovhannes T. handled 133 dried cannabis stems that weighed 1750 g., 2 packages weighing 8,8 g, cannabis green mass  weighing 439,9 g and 23 cannabis stems weighing 450 g were uprooted from the yard.
A forensic-chemical expertise is assigned.
An investigation is underway.
