Young fugitive swindler turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from Nor Nork police division, Garik Ye., DOB 1987, turned himself in to the Police. The young man had been wanted udner the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1, part 2, point 2 and part 3, point 1 /swindling/ since November 3, 2015.
