Young man wanted for kidnapping detained in the town of Gavar

Thanks to operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Gavar police division, Garnik H., DOB 1992, was detained in Gavar. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 131 /kidnapping/ since November 21, 2015.
