Thanks to the operational intelligence measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Kapan police division, Gevorg L., DOB 1971, turned himself in to the Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 137, part 1 /threat to murder, to inflict heavy damage to one’s health or to destroy property/ since March 18, 2016.
