Police detain extortioner wanted by law enforcement bodies of Omsk oblast, Russia

On Thursday March 12 at 3:30 p.m. Roland R., DOB 1982, was detained in Tsaghkahovit village following special measures taken by officers from Aragats police division. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Omsk oblast, Russia, charged for extortion since January 10, 2014.
