According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 104 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from November 1 to November 4, 9 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 19 cases of personal theft, 16 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 7 cases of fraud and drug detection, 6 cases of battery, 5 cases of trafficking in drugs, 4 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement and official forgery or official negligence, 3 cases of intentional property to damage, hooliganism and abuse of authority, 2 cases of tax evasion, forgery of documents and alienation of excise stamps or marking goods with illegally procured excise stamps, 1 case of rape or attempted rape, kidnapping, theft of state or public property, counterfeiting, seizure of weapons or ammunition, illegal felling of trees, threat to murder, abuse of authority by employees commercial or other organizations, failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel, non- execution of a court act, obstructing visits envisaged by court, illegal turnover of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without the purpose of sale.
10 wanted persons have been detected, another one turned himself in to the Police, 4 missing persons have been allocated, 8 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 7 cases of personal theft and 1 case of banditry and car theft have been solved.
Over the past 3 days, 57 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 7 persons died, 80 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
