Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (January 29-30)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 6 out 8 cases of infliction of bodily injuries registered in the territory of the republic from January 29 to January 30, as well as 15 cases of theft, 4 cases of swindling, 2 cases of bribery, 1 case of kidnapping, 1 case of robbery, 1 case of squandering, 1 case of illegal felling of trees and 1 case of tax evasion have been solved, 2 cases of detection of narcotics and 1 case of seizure of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of theft has been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 9 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 2 persons died, 15 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
