Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (29.04.2016-02.05.2016)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 37 out of 43 cases of infliction of bodily injuries registered in the territory of the Republic from April 29 to May 2, as well as 17 cases of theft, 28 cases of swindling, 2 cases of robbery, 1 case of extortion, 2 cases of intentional infliction of bodily injuries, 1 case of squandering, 2 cases of smuggling and 1 case of hooliganism have been solved.
From earlier committed crimes 3 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 8 cases of theft and 1 case of swindling have been solved.
Over the past 3 days 38 road traffic accidents were registered in the republic: 7 persons died, 55 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
