According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 72 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from September 16 to September 17, 4 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 23 cases of personal theft, 10 cases of causing bodily harm, 6 cases of drug detection, 5 cases of fraud and domestic violence, 3 cases of squandering or embezzlement, 2 cases of bribery, infliction of grievous bodily harm and illegal acquisition, sale, storage, transportation or carrying weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices, 1 case of illegal or false entrepreneurial activity, counterfeiting, seizure of weapons and ammunition, cybercrime, hooliganism, violence against a representative of authorities, battery, threats of murder, sexual intercourse with a minor and committing acts of a sexual nature against a minor.
1 wanted person has been located, 5 wanted persons have been detained, 8 others turned themselves in to the Police.
1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case causing bodily injuries, personal theft, car theft and a running-down accident have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 20 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 22 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
