Young man wanted for kidnapping and rape turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to the special measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Gegharkunik Marz Department along with their colleagues from Gavar division of the RA Police, Rafik M., DOB 1990, turned himself in to the Police on Monday, January 25 at 6:30 p.m. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 131, part  2 /klidnapping/ and article 138, part 1 /rape/ since November 20, 2015.
