Arayik Gh., DOB 1974, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers from Nor-Nork police division along with their colleagues from Avan and Nor-Nork branch of the division of Execution of alternative types of punishments of the Criminal-Executive Department of the RA Ministry of Justice. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, artcle 186, part 1 and article 66 since February 7, 2015.
