Man wanted for hooliganism turns himself in to the Police

On Tuesday February 10 at 2:30 p.m. Edgar G., DOB 1982, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers from Nor-Nork police division along with their colleagues from Avan and Nor-Nork branch of the division of Execution of alternative types of punishments of the Criminal-Executive Department of the RA Ministry of Justice. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal code, artcle 258, part 1 /hooliganism/ since January 28, 2015.
