After 22 years on the run, wanted man turns himself in to the Police

On Monday, March 23 at 11 a.m. Baghdasar K., DOB 1965, turned himself in to the Police following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Kotayk division of the RA Police. The woman had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 3, point 1 since July 15, 1993.
