Man wanted for hooliganism turns himself in to the Police

On Wednesday January 21 at 1:30 Rafik H. B., DOB 1984, turned himself in to the Police following explanatory work carried out by officers from Kotayk police division. The man had been wanted by Shengavit police division of the RA Police charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 258, part 1 /hooliganism/ since January 16, 2014.
