Wanted man detained in his own apartment

On Wednesday February 25 at 8:30 a.m. Arman B., DOB 1977, was detained in his own apartment following special measures taken by officers from Central police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 258, part 2 since February 24, 2015.
