Police detain a fugitive thief wanted by law enforcement agencies of Volgograd oblast, Russia

On Sunday January 25 at 11:30 p.m. Artak B., DOB 1989, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Bagratashen subdivision of the RA Police.
The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of Volgograd oblast, Russia, charged for theft since January 22, 2014.
