Young man wanted by law enforcement bodies of Tyumen, Russia, turns himself in to the Armenian Police

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Kapan division of the RA Police, Karen H., DOB 1987, turned himself in to the Police. The young man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Tyumen, Russia charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 228, part 2 /illicit drug trafficking/ since December 29, 2015.
