After 9 years on the run, wanted man detained and transported to Armenia

Arayik H., DOB 1969, was transported to Armenia by Moscow-Yerevan flight following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Nor Nork police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 and article 117 since February 6, 2006.
