Wanted swindler turns himself in to the Police after arriving from Moscow

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from Arabkir police division Robert A., DOB 1986, turned himself in to the Police after the arrival of the Moscow-Yerevan flight. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since October 11, 2015.
