According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 57 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from June 9 June 10, 2 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 12 cases of personal theft, 10 cases of causing bodily harm, 6 cases of fraud, 4 cases of domestic violence and coercion to campaign or to refuse campaigning, deliberate destruction of property, tax evasion and illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices, attempted murder, robbery, burglary, misappropriation or embezzlement, abuse of office, forgery, battery, threats to inflict grave damage to health, receiving a bribe from candidates, parties (party blocs) by a voter, referendum campaign initiatives or giving a bribe to voters by candidates, parties (party blocs) during a referendum campaign or obstructing the free expression of the will of voters, bribery of voters, receiving a bribe, violating the prohibition on charity during elections or obstructing the free expression of the will of a voter, death threats, violation of sanitary and anti-epidemiological rules, obstruction of a visit between a child and a parent or other close relative.
6 wanted persons have been detained, 14 others turned themselves in to the Police.
2 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 1 case of personal theft and causing bodily harm have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 12 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 14 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
