According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 82 cases of crime have been detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from April 20 to April 21, 2 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 32 cases of personal theft, 11 cases of causing bodily harm, 9 cases of fraud, 8 cases of detecting drugs, 4 cases of domestic violence and smuggling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, 2 cases of extortion and tax evasion, 1 case of murder, squandering or embezzlement, deliberate destruction of property, seizure of weapons and ammunition, illegal felling of trees, abuse of office, illegal deprivation of property, attempts to involve another person in prostitution for selfish purposes.
5 wanted persons have been detained; another one turned himself in to the Police.
4 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes, 1 case of personal theft and theft of state or public property have been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 13 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 2 persons died, 15 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
