According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 65 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from July 8 to July 9, 8 of which were previously committed crimes.
In particular, 14 cases of personal theft, 10 cases of infliction of bodily harm, 7 cases of fraud, 4 cases of hooliganism and drug detection, 3 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement and abuse of office, 2 cases of battery, 1 case of burglary, illegal or false entrepreneurial activity, tax evasion, bribery, official forgery or negligence, violence against a representative of the authorities, death threats, sexual assault, illicit extraction of aquatic animal, causing damage to property by deception.
3 wanted persons have been detected, 4 others turned themselves in to the Police, 1 missing person has been found.
From earlier committed crimes 5 cases of personal theft, 1 case of robbery, battery and running-down accident have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 10 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 1 person died, 18 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
