According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 70 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from February 10to February 11, 14 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 13 cases of personal theft, 8 cases of fraud, 6 cases of Infliction of bodily harm and drug detection, 5 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement, 4 cases of abuse of authority, 3 cases of seizure of weapons and ammunition, 2 cases of burglary, 1 case of abduction, robbery, theft of public or state property, illegal or false entrepreneurial activity, breach of regulations for accounting of psychotropic materials, forced sexual acts, child trafficking under the pretext of guardianship, failure to comply with the requirements of a decision on immediate intervention and failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel.
5 wanted persons have been found, another one turned himself in to the Police, 3 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes11 cases of personal theft and 3 cases of fraud have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 4 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 8 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
