After 17 years on the run Police detain man wanted by law enforcement bodies of Astrakhan oblast, Russia

On Thursday, February 18 at 3:55 p.m. Gevorg M., DOB 1975, was detained at Tumanyan passport subdivision. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Astrakhan oblast, Russia charged for theft since July 29, 1999.
