Theft committed by a group of persons through prior agreement

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Qanaqer and Zeytun police division, Mamikon K., DOB 1985, turned himself in to the Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2, point 1 /theft committed by a group of persons through prior agreement/ since September 25, 2015.
