STATEMENT

The man taken to Qanaqer-Zeytun Police division, who introduced himself as Vahagn Gevorgyan, threw the portrait of the RA Prime Minister out of the window during a private conversation with the representative of the Office of the Human Rights Defender, taking advantage of the absence of a police officer in the room, which is a requirement of the law.
This incident became a subject of active discussions.
