Man on Polish law enforcers' wanted list turns himself in to the Armenian Police
As a result of the explanatory work carried out by employees of Masis passport division of the PVD and the criminal investigators of Masis division of the RA Police, on October 19, 46-year-old Arsen Gh. turned himself in to Masis division. The man had been wanted by Polish law enforcement officers on charges of forgery of documents since December 30, 2019.
No measure of restraint has been chosen against Arsen Gh.
The initiator of the intelligence has been notified of Arsen Gh.’s detention.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
