The person wanted on theft charges was located in Noyakert
As a result of operational-search measures undertaken by the officers of the Ararat Regional Department of the Criminal Police, on September 5, in one of the houses in the village of Noyakert, a 19-year-old resident of the same village, who was wanted on charges of theft, was discovered, arrested, and taken to the Department. Arrest was chosen as the measure of restraint. During a personal search, approximately 4.42 grams of a crushed, dried, sharp-smelling yellowish-brown substance were found on him.
The 19-year-old resident of Noyakert was transferred to a penal institution.
