On November 22, officers of the Community Police Department of Noyemberyan located a 31-year-old foreign national at the Bagratashen border crossing point, who had been wanted by Russian law enforcement since January 17 on fraud charges. Arrest was selected as the preventive measure.
The authority that initiated the search has been notified of his identification.
