Fugitive swindler detained at Bagratashen BCP

Vardan N., DOB 1980, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by police officers. The man had been wanted by Kotayk police division charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since December 26, 2015.
