On charges of sexual intercourse or other sexual acts with a person obviously under 16

On Wednesday, September 9 at 8 a.m. Arayik H., DOB 1991, turned himself in at Bagratashen police subdivision following explanatory work carried out by officers from Armavir police division.  The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 141, part 2, points 1 and 3 /sexual intercourse or other sexual acts with a person obviously under 16/  since August 20, 2015.
