PRACTICAL TRAINING HELD IN THE POLICE (VIDEO)

On Wednesday, November 11 another practical training conducted by First Deputy Head of the RA Police Hunan Poghosyan took place according to the schedule approved by Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia Vladimir Gasparyan.
After the discussion of the training topic, Hunan Poghosyan touched upon the preparatory work being carried out ahead of the Constitutional Referendum.
Officers responsible for relevant services presented the measures being carried out and the implementation process of issues envisaged by the schedule.
In particular, it was highlighted that police officers on electoral duty should adhere to the provisions of the «Guidelines for the Conduct of Police Officers during elections» and the Heads of police subdivisions were instructed to keep track of their subordinate personnel's level of knowledge.
Among the other issues discussed at the meeting were the process of media monitoring, mechanisms for discussing suggestions received from organizations and citizens and ensuring prompt response to them.
Special attention was paid to issues related to the specification of preliminary lists of voters, as well as maximization of collaboration with concerned organizations and citizens.
At the end of the meeting Hunan Poghosyan gave concrete instructions and directions based on the proposals made by Heads of relevant services.
