Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (May 10-11)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 27 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from May 10 to May 11.
In particular, 11 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 5 cases of theft of personal property, 4 cases of squandering or embezzlement, 1 case of swindling, 1 case of intentional destruction of propery, 1 case of cybercrime, 1 case of hooliganism, 1 case of illegal felling of trees and 1 case of anbuse of official power.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of theft of personal property and 2 cases of infliction of bodily injuries have been solved, 1 case of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition has been registered.
Over the past 1 day, 6 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 10 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
