Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (July 10-11)
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 39 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from July 10 to July 11.
In particular, 18 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 6 cases of theft of personal property, 5 cases of burglary, 5 cases of squandering or embezzlement, 2 cases of abuse of official power, 1 case of theft of state or public property, 1 case of tax evasion and 1 case of detection of narcotics.
From earlier committed crimes 1 case of theft of personal property has been detected.
Over the past 1 day, 9 road traffic accidents have been registered in the republic: 2 persons died, 24 people got bodily injuries of varying levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
